Patch notes for 2.10 - Back at it

Patch notes are back! What?!

Expect more frequent updates going forward. :D

What’s new:

• Got the build back up and running, everything seems to be working(?), lots of spring cleaning done
• Moved site to Cloudflare R2 (from AWS S3) for hosting — less of a mess now with everything in one spot + less weird cache issues
• Converted (most) sprites to WebP for reduced bandwidth and quicker load times (you shouldn’t notice this!)
• Fixed newsdoge getting stuck — this was a long time coming (fingers crossed!) - also the first ingame bug squashed in a while!
• Minor tweaks, date formatting, SEO tags and such

This update is here to get things moving again. Starting slow. As usual, please report any new-found issues on discord.
